Honestly, I try to stay away from dealership services ‘cause I don’t appreciate the up-sale tactics. This visit was slightly different in the sense that the service guy truly logged me in and mentioned 1 up-sale and left it at that.

Quick, professional service

They always do good service work. They got greasy fingerprints on my interior ans fixed immediately. The one drawback is i have to kind of fight for the free oil changes, attached to my vehicle. Aside from that, I can't complain.

My wife and I had a great buying experience at McMinnville Mazda when purchasing our new CX-50 Hybrid. We started this purchase with an after hours message which was promptly answered the next morning. We could not get out to look at the Mazda until five days later and the salesperson Jamie had the vehicle pulled out and ready to drive when we arrived. After a good look over and test drive we decided to buy and the purchase was really easy to complete. Andy, the manager we dealt with was easy going and very nice!. All the financing options were all explained as were extended warranty coverage and the vehicle delivery was great. Best part was the great deal they gave us on this beautiful new Mazda! Over $3000 under MSRP. Plus they filled the tank for the drive home. Stephen who we only dealt with via the phone was also very nice. If you are looking for a low pressure dealership to make a great deal on a new Mazda at I would recommend McMinnville Mazda. Thank you all for the pleasant buying experience.

Christian was so helpful from beginning to end. He was so patient, helpful, and informative, but never pushy. He spent hours checking in and helping me work through issues with insurance. He stayed about three hours after close and was so kind and patient throughout the whole process. Towards the end of the process we went to his managers office to complete the paperwork. The manager was all over the place and accidentally threw an Apple Pencil at me as he was handing it to me. He was very pushy trying to sell me the dealership warranty, and would not take no for an answer. He was condescending and it felt as though he was implying I wouldn’t know what to do if I had to go get my car serviced. It was overall a good experience because of Christian’s amazing service.

I’m from out of town but was here so stopped in for and oil change got me right in, very pleasant, done promptly, provide a video go over of the car inspection.

Smooth and simple process. We came to an agreement fairly fast and made a deal on an 06 Miata. Would definitely shop here again.

Super helpful, had a lot of issues with approving a loan and trying to lease a new vehicle and they pulled every string they could to get me what I needed to get into a great vehicle!

My experience was very satisfying, I am surprised that you don't wash the vehicle after completing the service though...

I took my Mazda MX5 Club to McMinnville Mazda on Friday for an oil change. I was able to get a same day appointment. When I arrived, initially I was ignored. Then, after stating why I was there, the service person cooly said that they would get to it. The oil change was done, and I got a video of the inspection, which was nice. When I got to my car, a convertible with a soft top, it was hosed down and not wiped off, leaving water standing on the fabric roof. Since it was a cold day, the water didn't evaporate quickly, so after I got home, I had to wipe down my car, which now has water spots all over it.

Very friendly and right on time!

The customer service team is great, they get the work done in a timely & efficient manner and are super helpful. 10/10 recommend

Great experience at McMinnville Mazda! They gave us a fair price for our trade-in and made buying our new car quick and easy. The staff was friendly, helpful, and never pushy. Jaime, Stephen, and Steve did an excellent job of keeping us informed and answered all of our questions without any pressure and made what can often feel stressful into an enjoyable experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Worth the trip! Came in to look at a few trucks, and they have a great selection of new and used. I was open to either. Owen was my salesperson, and he was pretty new. He didn’t act like it though, he knew his stuff! He was very knowledgeable on the trucks that I adied about! Anyway, there was no pressuring at all and I test drove new and used. Ended up buying a used like new truck and couldn’t be happier. Again, well worth it he trip!

We worked with Armando and we are newbies to driving a Mazda. He was attentive and patient with us and not pushy. We test drove several models and looked at a few more. We went home and returned the following day to purchase CX 50 premium. The process of buying a car is not fun in my opinion and there was a few bumps along the way. At the end of the process our salesman once again took time to answer questions and help set us up in our new vehicle. We think we made the right choice shopping local.

Good experience overall. I spent 6 weeks researching a new vehicle. Test drove at least 8 cars, including 5 EVs. All were out of my budget. Stephen at Mac Mazda let me know they had a new CX - 30 on the way. He called me the day it arrived. Snappy red color. We made a deal and it's now in my garage. Very happy with the process. Thanks.

We were at first met by a very aggressive and unprofessional salesman. We about walked away from the vehicle solely based on the customer service received. We decided to talk to the GM of the store who stepped in and took over the deal. Andy was pleasant to deal with. We decided to purchase the vehicle. This dealership is under new ownership, but this was our third vehicle purchased from this location. I would rate this experience the lowest of the three visits.

It was my first time buying a new car by myself and I was a bit nervous about the experience. However, McMinnville Mazda made me feel at ease about the whole process from start to finish. I always felt like they had my best interest in mind 🙂 I’d recommend to any friend!

My experience with this dealership WASN’T like any other dealership. I thought I was going to be dealing with salesmen who were going to waste my time and be pushy.
