My most recent visit was particularly unsatisfactory. I explicitly requested that the tires not be rotated, as they had been rotated just the previous week at Les Schwab. As I was driving home, approximately 30 minutes away, my tire pressure light illuminated.I looked at the order and he had written (oil change and tire rotation) I had to turn around and go back and wait another 40 minutes for them to fix it. My most recent visit was particularly unsatisfactory. I explicitly requested that the tires not be rotated, as they had been rotated just the previous week at Les Schwab. As I was driving home, approximately 30 minutes away, my tire pressure light illuminated.I looked at the order and he had written (oil change and tire rotation) I had to turn around and go back and wait another 40 minutes for them to fix it. I am extremely frustrated with this dealership and regret purchasing my car there. Due to the complimentary oil changes included with my purchase, I am obligated to continue using their services, despite the dealership being a significant distance from my home.
